We take on a relevant topic for all parents right now. How do we keep our kids healthy in this cold and flu season. We go over how the immune system works and how important it is, tips and tricks on how to keep your children (and yourself), and we go on a side rant about the importance of vaccines. Grab a cold, satisfying drink and hopefully we can help with your family battle this rough time of the year.

Shoot the S*** – Riley is here!
We are back together after a slight recording hiatus because baby Riley is here. Sarah recalls her birth story with Riley and how she is doing. He even joins us in the recording with his adorable baby whimpers (in case you hear them). Pamela did have some random crap from the internet, since it had been a while. Try to follow along as she tries to explain the “new” way to calculate dog years.
